The e3’s advanced cooking technology combines convection and microwave heating to cook food evenly and up to five times faster than conventional ovens. It’s perfect for quickly baking baguettes and croissants, toasting sandwiches, and cooking a variety of other crispy snacks.

Neither you nor your staff will have any difficulty operating the e3 as it features an extremely easy-to-use, colour control panel that has the ability to store up to 1,024 multi-stage recipe programs. Each program can include up to six stages with programmable cook times, microwave settings, and even personalized user instructions for each recipe. Editing and updating recipes is also incredibly simple by performing a quick data transfer using a regular USB stick.

Merrychef’s e3 oven is ideal for small restaurants, shops, bakeries, cafés, and food stands as it takes up very little countertop space with a footprint of only 23.5” x 24.5”.

The NSF certified e3 is built to last and has a 430 stainless steel exterior with a 304 stainless steel interior. The oven comes equipped with a rotating turntable disc for evenly heating dishes. It also offers two different rack positions and can fit a standard 1/4 size baking pan (not included).
