The American Metalcraft PS1416 is a 16" x 14" cordierite pizza stone that is 7/8" thick. This pizza stone is FDA approved for oven use, but can also be utilized in heated display cases to keep breads and pizzas warm. The PS1416 is designed for ideal heat retention and distribution to ensure a light, crispy crust.
The American Metalcraft should only be hand washed.
